MANAGING DIRECTOR

Eric Jafari is the Managing Director and founder of AENDRE Limited, a London based Interdisciplinary Development Studio that creates real-estate backed hospitality brands across UK and Europe. Prior to launching AENDRE, Eric served as Chief Development Officer and Creative Director for edyn Group, a Brookfield subsidiary – as well as its co-founder. Whilst at edyn, Eric oversaw a £1.5bil+ Pan-European development and investment portfolio. Eric was responsible for managing the organization’s acquisition, planning, construction, finance, design, F&B and creative direction for all edyn properties across the United Kingdom, France, Ireland, the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Denmark and Portugal. Prior to joining edyn, Eric Jafari was Co-Founder and Managing Director to Union Hanover Securities where he oversaw a £400+mil development portfolio. Eric and his team were brought in by Oaktree Capital Management in 2015 to reposition SACO / CLSA’s real estate platform portfolio in 2015, which was eventually successfully sold to Brookfield in 2018.

ACQUISITIONS DIRECTOR

Chris leads AENDRE’s acquisitions and has a 15 year track record in the UK real estate market. For the last three years Chris ran edyn Group’s acquisitions in the UK and Ireland working across both Locke and Cove brands on development and asset light strategies. Prior to edyn, Chris worked in the London investment market as a salaried partner at leading boutique agency Fineman Ross and a Director in GVA’s London Investment Team. During his career Chris has advised on over £1 billion of transactions across the office, retail and living sectors as well as hospitality. Chris has worked with a diverse range of investors including Brookfield, Hines and Tishman Speyer, and is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and a member of the Investment Property Forum.

ADVISOR ANALYST

In addition to serving as AENDRE’s Advisor Analyst, Edward is Founder & President of Abbey Hotel Advisors Ltd, a London-based hospitality consulting firm with over a dozen international clients. Edward most recently served as Managing Director, Real Estate for American Hotel Income Properties REIT. Prior roles include Head of UK/EU Underwriting for Sonder and Director of Investments for SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts. Edward began his career as an analyst at Goldman Sachs’ select-service hospitality platform. Edward graduated from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration in 2011 and is a CFA Charterholder.

SENIOR INVESTMENT ANALYST

As AENDRE's Senior Investment Analyst, Christian leads the underwriting and financial modelling on acquisitions. Prior to joining AENDRE, Christian worked at Sonder where he managed underwriting across UK, Ireland, Spain and Portugal helping Sonder grow it’s footprint in Europe. He advised on hotel transactions and worked on strategic initiatives to drive stronger performance across Sonder's real estate portfolio. Christian also gained experience working at STR (CoStar Group) in the Research & Forecasting team. While at STR, he was focused on the hotel market forecast product for key cities across EMEA. Christian graduated from Queen Mary University with an MSc in International Business in 2015.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Megan is a highly skilled and accomplished Executive Assistant with eight years of dedicated service supporting Eric across multiple ventures. Having started her career as a Team Assistant at an Investment Bank, Megan has worked her way up to supporting top Executives in a field of work she also has a passion for. With experience in events and Office Management, Megan has a highly transferable skill set. In her downtime, Megan most enjoys spending time with friends and family, practicing yoga and walking her beloved pooch in the countryside.
